The Open Mic for All, an on-going program produced by Host K. Elevitch, was awarded a 2024-2025 ArtsAlive Grant from Arts Westchester, as part of StorySpace Arts’ Arts Incubator Spaces for All initiative.

Started in Jan. 2018 as a response to the galvanized Youth Movement protesting Climate Change and Gun Violence, the Open Mic was conceived as a way to allow for underrepresented and often dismissed voices to be heard and believed during difficult political and cultural times.
